Built by a Disney Family.
For Disney Families.
My family loves Disney! We've done the research, learned the strategies, and figured out how Disneyland actually works — rope drop timing, Lightning Lane windows, dining reservations, which days to ride what and when.
And for a long time, I felt bad for everyone who hadn't. Not because they're doing anything wrong — just because there are so many dots to connect, and most people don't have 20 hours to spend reading forums before a 3-day trip. They just want to take their family, have a great time, and not find out after the fact that they missed something obvious.
I didn't want to write a tips-and-tricks blog. I didn't want to teach everyone what I know. I wanted to build something that already knew all of it — and just handed you the right plan for your specific trip.
So I built it. My family were the first users. If it wasn't good enough for our trip, it wasn't going to be good enough for anyone's. A few friends tried it. They liked it. Eventually I figured — why not polish it up and make it available for everyone?
That's the whole story. This is a side project I built because I wanted it to exist. The core goal isn't to make money — it's to help people who are similar to me, and don't have all the time I've spent learning this stuff, have a genuinely better trip. Or the friend who's never been and doesn't know where to begin — who just needs someone to help them navigate it effectively without having to figure everything out from scratch.
What this planner is
Free. Always.
No subscription, no premium tier, no trial. You get the full plan at no cost.
No account required.
You don't sign up, log in, or create a profile. You answer a few questions and get a plan.
No data stored.
Your plan lives in your browser. We don't send it to a server, we don't save it to a database, and we don't know who you are. If you want a copy, email it to yourself from the planner.
Not affiliated with Disney.
This is an independent tool. We have no relationship with The Walt Disney Company. The strategies here come from real family experience, not official guidance.
Affiliate links — disclosed, limited, optional.
Some links in the plan (tickets, hotels, dining) are affiliate links — if you book through them, this site earns a small commission at no cost to you. We only link to partners we'd actually recommend, and we never surface a link just to earn a commission. The Amazon links point to things we've actually purchased. An FTC-required disclosure appears wherever these links are present.
What makes it different
It does the work for you.
Most planning resources make you read everything and figure out what applies to your trip. This planner takes your inputs — group size, ages, pace, ride priorities, dining focus — and builds the strategy for you. You don't need to become a Disney expert to leave with a great plan.
Strategy-aware, not just schedule-aware.
The plan isn't just a list of things to do in order. It reflects how Disneyland actually works: when to arrive, when lines are longest, how to use Lightning Lane without wasting it, when to eat, when to take a break. The timing is intentional.
Built from real itineraries.
The logic behind the plan comes from years of actual trips — what worked, what didn't, what changed when kids got older or priorities shifted. It isn't scraped from forums or generated from thin air.
Personalized to your family.
A family with a toddler gets a fundamentally different plan than a couple of adults doing a thrill-ride day. The plan reflects your group's actual situation — not a generic template.
